ACCLIMATIZATION PERIOD: February 28th to March 3rd (4 days)
COMPETITION PERIOD: March 4th to March 7th
EXPECTED PARTICIPANTS: 80 to 100 athletes for the Regatta
30 to 40 coaches and staff of the teams
